COLUMBIA FIBERGLASS INC. has been serving the Aquaculture and Marine Industry since 1967. Having just outgrown our Rochester, Washington facility, we have recently moved our operation to two separate facilities. CFI currently has over 13,000 sq. ft. dedicated to our AQUACULTURE TANK manufacturing and boat building. With headquaters located in Seattle, Washington, tanks are now being manufactured in Tacoma, WA. and the OLYMPIAN BOATS are being built in Marysville, WA. This allows us to dedicate each of the facilities to their respective purpose, no longer competing with one another for physical space and resources. CUSTOM FABRICATION can be accomplished from either facility depending on requirements.
We have a large selection of AQUACULTURE TANKS. We have tooling for Circular tanks ranging from 2' to 60' in diameter, several rectangular size troughs, as well as several other molds to serve the aquaculture industry. CFI has become well known in the industry for constructing cost effective temporary tooling to produce virtually any size and shape of tank. We also utilize that same temporary tooling method to produce custom fiberglass fabrication. CFI has produced a wide range of size and shape of custom products. These include fiberglass strips for backpack supports, baptismal covers, commercial fan covers, commercial ice machines, and hundreds of other special projects. CFI will quote tank prices on a individual project basis. There are so many variables that we feel we can better serve you by first learning more about your requirements before issuing a price quote for what may not be what you want nor is capable of doing the job. Tanks specifications change with each site based on surface the tank will be place on (flooring), backfill against the sidewall of the tank, etc. There are also several options for drain systems, tank legs on smaller size tanks, color, assembly of larger tanks and other items that will affect the price. Our boat building facility is now in full production. We have been providing our quality fiberglass boats since 1967. The OLYMPIANS have become well known in the Pacific Northwest as ideal tenders for larger yachts, as well as fishing and row boats. We have been very successful in providing several recreational resorts with rental boat fleets. OLYMPIANS meet all U.S. Coast Guard standards. CFI uses only the highest quality of composite materials and state of the art equipment. We have extensive fiberglass and composite materials experience.
